Greetings Fellow Lightpilots...

So what can we expect from this second week of the first Lunar Cycle of 2008? The Moon's second quarter is where we utilize the power of Metaversal Mind, Water, the kabbalistic world of Briah, the Pattern, through the medium of our Emotional and Mental bodies. Since Briah is the realm of Gods and Faeries, Angels and Goddess's, Images and Symbols, Visions and Voices, we can expect nothing less than knowledge and conversation with the patterns of our deep Selves, what Carl Jung calls "aspects of The Self. The unified, self-organizing entity we are expressions of". To understand Briah, the World of Pattern, we have to talk about Daath (Hebrew for knowledge). Gnosis, from Greek, also means knowledge. Gnosticism, Sufism, Kabballah are based in Daath. Daath is the Divine FatheR and MotheR eternally united in the activity of the ooh la la… sexual force, always in Yesod. The Holy IaooaI understand that within the Lightcraft are the Father and the Son, joy riding essentially, because they have the key. Who gave them the key? I did. Do not expect curb service with the new model of our solar system that we have now, because it is a mechanical model.

The most obvious pattern to seize at present: Sun square Jupiter. Here ego and belief systems collide. Maybe someone tells you what you should do. Should the order not agree with one’s beliefs about one’s aspirations and talents that idea gets ground faster than a MD Super 80 aircraft. Far better they ask for your participation in a mutually aligned effort. The more subtle element in this pattern comes from the Sun’s conjunction with Eris. Eris, of course, is the "I don’t want to use that dwarf planet. It's so small. Besides, it upsets my system of interpretation." To which Eris responds, "Too bad. If you won’t use me, you can’t use Pluto because of the same rationale." Eris also underlines, emblazons in bold and increases font size and color to grab your attention to the idea that if an idea is big, progressive and life-changing in a good way, the discord in the short term is far worth it. Better that than the battle of the turf of the psyche in which one fights off the nagging demons of "You shudda, cudda (should of, could of)."

I heard from the clouds that Eris is our hyperlink into heavenly aspiration. There’s yet another subtlety to the Sun-Jupiter square. Jupiter now engages continues to activate as the year advances, the notable black hole system SS433. This fabulous anomaly declares that one must balance and reset one’s etheric body and auric field. If that’s a head scratcher, how about adopting a simple week on/week off energy expenditure cycle? One week you can power out, amping up on everything and pushing with balance maximum thrust. The next week, ease back on the throttles to allow the slower responding mundane plane to catch up. As well, you can catch up on rest. In a similarly energy conscious manner Mars in Cancer now passes the dog star, Sirius. Known in Hopi tradition as a potent star of emotional cleansing, the message states, apply some energy to clearing out emotional reactions, extreme sensations and hyperboles in the realm of reactions. Pump the psychic bilges based in the stomach and restore the accuracy of your belly barometer. Feel, clear, then react. Reaction in a fear-based, sensation-driven psyche-set might actually work against one’s greater well being. Oh yeah, eat decent chow. Without fuel to burn, your body crashes and goes more to the haywire side of reacting with promising planetary signatures. Once again we have the Trans-Neptunian Object and possible dwarf planet, Ixion, moving back to the Great Attractor. While the story of Ixion is one of those icky mythologies, the gist of his message indicates when a second chance appears, apply consciousness, experience and available energy into making something more of the opportunity than you did last time. As those compelling forces tug on your sensibilities asking if you should make another run at the thing that you believed you missed out on before, clear emotional decks and however you handled the situation before, do it differently now.

We can assume that far-fetched ideas assisted by Jupiter and Pluto in Capricorn and Saturn in Virgo, make more sense now and appear far more fetching to those in funding and development arenas.The hopefully soon to be named dwarf planet and ultra cool yet fiery in symbolism Kuiper Belt enigma 2003 EL61 now aligns in longitude with the revelatory Sombrero Galaxy. Observation of this galaxy early last century revealed the nature of red shift of light, confirmed galaxies external to our own and provided the needed verification such that we could safely conclude our Metaverse expands. Given our discoveries beyond Pluto since 2003, we have located a body that orbits our Sun and is to be an included member of the solar system that take more than 32,500 years to complete a revolution! If my math is right, this means the known breadth of our solar system has expanded nearly 50 times!! So much more space to fill with our consciousness - how cool is that? Think of this personally. Reach out to embrace all there is to understand. Disregard no bit of valid information or inspiration. Such an application of course pleases the Sun-Jupiter pattern and it delights Eris as new ideas enter the mix and upset the apple carts of stagnation and status quo.

Now I offer that last notation with some reserve. Jupiter soon (April 24 direct, May 24 retrograde) aligns with a bipolar erupting black hole system, retrograding virtually in alignment with it and then working with this trigger through December 1. Since this black hole is reasonably close and very luminous, note those things shiny on immediate horizons. One of its messages (here’s the part requiring caution) suggests that you can always find the resources to do what you need to do. Now, I’m not saying splurge and spend crazily quickly falling into a black hole of debt. It’s tax time in the U.S. and even with the puny promised rebate we find ourselves, like our international co-travelers on planet Earth, pressed to keep up with rising petrol costs that exceed our increasing awareness of the width of our solar system. I am saying it’s time to plan, prepare and budget. Find a way not to short circuit needed tools of project development or consciousness enhancement. Find a way to propagate the ultimate Eris declaration: Create a quality of life worth living. So much writing will be on the wall these days, and though it may be hard to perceive, symbolically, the Metaverse may have to pass an anti-graffiti law. Then you may see in Briah, through crystal windows, Johannes on the back of a gigantic manta ray surging through primordial waves in a sea blasted by silent lightning. And you will leave Briah and walk out into the streets and valleys of the world, but it will never leave you.

SATURNSDAY, APRIL 12
The Day of the Sun in the Week of Water. Between dark and light the angles of times are best manifest at their balance, so invoke Apollo, Ra, Elvis, or the baby-faced Sun god from the Teletubbies into your heart Chakra this morning. Our Qabalistic thunderbolt of revelation resembles a corkscrew in more ways than one. Honor Saturn today by creating greater stability in the Metaverse, actively expressing or experiencing your security needs, and cleansing and strengthening your base Chakra. How good is "good enough"? While Saturn transits through Virgo, you can always do it better, unravel another detail, figure out a fine point, edit expert information, brush up on your skills, and catalog your body of work. You can take the details more seriously and improve your skills. How much perfection is possible? If polishing what is already polished starts to seem tedious, you may find you have sacrificed your creativity for the illusion of perfection. While professional polish and attention to important details can help to refine your work and communicate your ideas more clearly, absolute perfection is never possible, everything is always a work in progress. Feeling you are never good enough because you are not perfect enough can stifle your imagination, stop your creative flow, and lower your self-esteem. Too much focus on perfection can make your work more forgettable than inspired. The Cancer Moon moves into it’s first quarter phase at 11:32 a.m. and also goes void of course for the day. A deep conversation or healing transmission can spark a genius moment, when Mercury sextiles Chiron this evening. A Talmudic scholar was describing to me, with laudable but boring erudition, during his metacognitive sojourn in my flotation tank that the transiting North Node in Aquarius will call us to celebrate diversity and create community; the South Node in Leo will prod us to release self-centeredness and inequity. That guy could charm a snake from a cat’s vagina just by snoring.

The Lunar center, and its intimate connection with the Holographic Image Projection System, is not only the foundation for the astral plane, but is the fiery aspect of astral energy itself. Overestimating or overreaching is far to easy, as Mercury squares Jupiter this morning. When you get the feeling that maybe you shouldn’t say what is on your mind, when will you learn that you probably shouldn’t? If it sounds too good to be true, it isn’t. True that is. Expectations are high. Light up like a firebombed presidential motorcade! Is this not prestige? Surely your release will sap the resources available to someone in such a teeter totter time travel brochure. By early afternoon the Leo Moon trine Venus can deliver the goods. Hot. Intuitions and fantasies pass through the barely perceivable depths of your mind so quickly now, it's hard to remember it all, keep it all organized, or write it all down. You could pull up the strands that lead to the gems that have been buried in deep, dark, confusing places. Be open to communications from intuitions and dreams. Moon in Leo and Sun in Aries perfect their trine at 9:56 p.m, a feel good climax to a dramatic day. All the world is indeed a stage, and if it feels as if you’re in a play, you are anyway.

TUESDAY, APRIL 15
The Day of Mars in Waterweek. When Mars is retrograde we are nudged to resolve unfinished business -- old wounds, old resentments, old flames, anything still smoldering -- so we could move forward. Mars in Cancer teaches us that when we suppress our feelings, we also block our ability to realize what we really need. Our psycho-sexual Martian juice can be used now to achieve balance in our relationships with others or this same energy can turn back on itself in a destructive, distorted shadow play which causes our descent into the turbulent waters of emotional repression. Which way you gonna go? I say, go forth boldly into the world today and actively create the future. Avoid conflict or word wars with lovers, roommates or others you encounter these days. You yourself may become overly touchy. Watch out for petty ego problems along these lines. Is your Martian energy burning like a fuel tank on a crashed jumbo jet in the Algerian desert? Or burning like a sputtering flame on a wet candle? Or burning steady like a presto-log in the hearth of the Almighty? It all depends on the quality of your fuel, and the proper fuel/air ratio. When your body (93 percent seawater) is nourished by fiery insight, MA'AT has been achieved. Then your fire is not frightening and lethal, but glowing with placid contentment. Moon continues through Leo today. Proud spotted doubter and donkey on stage, on all fours with fangs bared for Uncle Sam so he can bail out his full orchestration. Just look at him smirkin, the jerk, like a chimpanzee, steering our ship of state right over a cliff. The Sun trines the South Node this morning, so if you wanna make a strong impression today, fall back on something you have already mastered. At 5:13 p.m. Mercury trines the South Node so don’t pack it in too early; you may make another sale or catch an important phone call.

WEDNESDAY, APRIL 16
The Day of Mercury in the kabbalistic World of Water, Briah. Mercury's function is to communicate. To think. To know. To reason. Language is his playground. The Akasic Library is his home. And oh yes, Hermes is a Love god. He likes the sound of his own voice. Write a poem, a sonnet, or some erotica today and them transmit that information to at least one other person. Healthy Mercury in Aries operates from inspired, intuitive, decisive, courageous, and spontaneous action before the logical mind has time to get in the way. When Aries is operating from its healthy instinctual, intuitive nature they are naturally aligned with right action. Sun conjuncts Mercury today. This is a bright aspect that should find everyone bubbly and talkative, if not a little confused. Everyone will want to talk about themselves, so it 's not the time to find a good listener. Fast clear thinking can make business efforts effective. The Moon continues its journey through Virgo today further energizing the sacred patterning of life on the level of underworld old growth to which we've manage to slide into. The Earth Hare, Uri, is like a unique rabbit in our solar system, having just one Moon and one golden Sun, and a smile means friendship to everyone, with each seasonal cycle, ruled by Gabe, Ralph and Michael and the Solstices and Equinoxes. The Metaverse has its own unique rabbit rhythm as it moves through our headspace, and let me tell ya, they is us. The more we connect with this pattern the more connected we are to our small world after all. Dig? The Moon in detail oriented Virgo sextiles Mars and trines Jupiter. A hellava productive day for sure.

I have a young friend named Annie whom I've known since she was a 'lil girl age 5. She used to perform with Big City Orchestra and the Haters. She's all "growed-up" now, is attending college, has recently visited Thailand and has a LiveJournal (so I just found out from her mum). I've been thoroughly enjoying reading through it...

I'm in Love with the Morton Salt Girl

I'm in love with the Morton salt girl.
I want to pour salt in her hair and watch
her dance. I want to walk her through the
salt rain and pretend that it is water. I want to
get lost in the Washington Cathedral and follow her
salt trail to freedom.

I want to discover her salt lick in the forests of Virginia.
I want to stand in line for hours to see her walk on in
the middle of a movie only to have the film break and watch salt
pour out and flood the aisles. I want to sit in an empty theater
up to my eyeballs in salt and dream of her.

When I go home she will be waiting for me in her white dress
and I will drink salt water and lose my bad dreams.
I will seek the blindness of salt, salt down my wounds,
hang like a side of ham over the curtain rod in the bathroom
and let her pour salt directly on my body.

When she is done I will lick her salty lips with my tongue
and walk her down the stairs into the rain, wishing that I
